[SEAPY] BicycleRepairMan -- refactoring browser

Any suggestions on how to get BicycleRepairMan to run from within IDLE?

I am running ActiveState 2.3.4 and bicyclerepair-0.9 on WinXP.

I ran ... "python setup.py install" ... from within the directory 
..."\bicyclerepair-0.9"
... which created the directory ... "Python23\Lib\site-packages\bike" ...

I added  ... [BicycleRepairMan_Idle] ... to the file ... 
"Python23\Lib\idlelib\config-extensions.def"  ...
I even added ... "\Documents and 
Settings\Richard\.idlerc\config-extensions.def "

I read the file ... "\Python23\Lib\idlelib\extend.txt" ... and all seems OK 
according to that.

But no menu ever appears.

I may try emacs or vim ... but was just curious ... any suggestions as to 
what I have done wrong in IDLE?
